With a real knack for “productizing” innovations, Shah is responsible for the overall strategy execution for the risk and compliance business unit at McAfee and has championed the vision with sales, analysts, customers, and partners. A sought-after industry expert on IT governance, risk and compliance, Shah frequently presents at trade conferences on a variety of security subjects. Prior to joining McAfee, Shah spent six years at NetIQ building several industry-leading security management products, and most recently served as the chief security architect at NetIQ. Shah has led several product teams at ISS, Pentasafe and AT&T. His recent research interests are around risk analytics and he holds a patent in the area of risk quantification. Shah is a graduate from Purdue University where he earned his Masters degree in Computer Science.
