Managed professional services are a key to overall partner profitability and at McAfee we sell the majority of our managed services through the channel. In recent meetings with partners, a few questions surrounding the topic came up, which will be address in the video below:

  • How does McAfee collaborate with channel partners to provide professional services?
  • How can interested partners learn more about offering professional services?
  • When does McAfee sell professional services direct to the customer?
  • Does subcontracting a deal go both ways?

I sat down with Rob Louks, SVP of WW Professional Services at McAfee, to set the record straight on selling McAfee managed services through the channel.

Much more information on McAfee managed services will be release in FY10, but in the meantime partners can reach out to their channel account manager and other interested parties can send an email to SecurityAlliance@McAfee.com.
