Here is a quick tip on adjusting your ‘news feed’ setting on Facebook:
A friend recently was annoyed by our mutual Facebook friend’s Farmville posts, which were constantly showing up in her news feed. Our mutual friend, felt badly, and frantically tried to figure out how to change her settings so her friend wouldn’t get the updates.
I’ve been able to develop a habit to ignore people’s posts that don’t pertain to me. In actuality the power is in your hands to block the feeds that you don’t want to see! So “L” this one is for you!
1. Log in to Facebook.
2. Go to Account > Privacy Settings > Applications and Websites
3. Go to “Activity on Applications and Game dashboards” > click on the drop down menu
4. Select customize. Then type in your friends name under “hide”.
You may also hover to the right of the post that you see and the Hide button will appear. You can then choose to Hide all posts from the application or the person.
The good news is our friend no longer will receive Farmville posts! WooHoo! Let me know how this works, will you?
Check out the other settings while you are on this page. Select “only friends” if you don’t want those embarrassing high school photos being mentioned around the water cooler at your husband’s job! (True story)

Hey, cool. Coincidentally, my husband just told me about this at lunch time today!
This will be a LOT easier than me making a custom post everytime I want to post something to FV just to my FV friends!
I’ll try this tonight and touch base.
